Welcome and good luck…. I agree with Peter, it’s a lot of work but rewarding. Similar to your top 10 tips for goal setting… set reasonable goals for yourself and plug away. It’s a fun and unique journey and one that I’ve enjoyed. It has opened my eyes to additional challenges and opportunities I plan to take on as well in 2010.
